ARRIVAL
We ask all customers be 15 minutes early for any spa treatment. Please be on time for any salon service punctuality is very important to the staff. Upon arrival we ask you turn your cell phones off or silence as a courtesy to other guests.
CANCELLATIONS
We require a 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, this may result in a 50% service charge.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome to our salon if they have an appointment or are accompanied by an adult. As a courtesy please keep in mind other guests who are trying to relax.
GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards are available for any service. Platinum Salon and Day Spa does not refund gift cards, but they can be used towards other services. Gift cards expire after 6 months of the purchase date.
GRATUITIES
In appreciation of your service, our staff may accept gratuities at your discretion.
